How do I submit a request for Tuition Reimbursement (also known as Academic Assistance)?

The "Employee/Student Direct Pay Request for Tuition Reimbursement" form was revised July, 2024.  Click here to access the application form. Once all forms are acquired, follow the steps below to submit a request for Tuition Reimbursement.

  1. Prior to the course(s):
    1. Carefully review the policy information at the top of page one.
    2. Discuss the course(s) in which you wish to enroll, with your manager to determine eligibility and obtain budget approval for reimbursement.
    3. Complete Sections 1-3 on page one (pictured below) prior to attending the course.

  2. Within 30 days of completing the course(s):
    1. complete the Employee & Student Direct Pay Request (ESDPR) form 
    2. gather receipts and course grades
    3. scan receipts and course grades and all three pages of these forms to create a single pdf document 
    4. submit the document to the Imaging Document Submission (IDS) TCP Invoices eForm
