How do I cancel my registration for a training session listed in the LOD portal?

You have the ability to cancel your registration from a session at any time. It is Learning and Organizational Development Policy that you cancel your registration more than 24 hours in advance of a session. To cancel:

 If...      Then...
you need to cancel more than 24 hours before the session start time
  1. Go to your Active Transcript
  2. Find the session that you want to withdraw from. Click the drop down menu next to View Training Details and click Withdraw.
  3. Result: The withdraw registration page will populate. You must first select and reason for withdrawing from the drop down menu. Then click submit.
you don't cancel and you don't show up you will receive an email notice that you were a no-show and will see your no-show status in the Learning & Development Portal.
you don't cancel and you don't show up repeatedly   you may be ineligible to register for future workshops.
