Follow the steps listed below to apply for a tuition waiver for courses at UNC Charlotte.
Please note that the Faculty/Staff Textbook Loan Program (FSTLP) application is embedded in the online application for Tuition Waiver for UNC Charlotte courses.
1) Log in to My.charlotte.edu
2) Click the Employee Self Service icon from the Quick Links menu
3) Use the four square menu icon 
on the employee dashboard to navigate to Banner → Employee Information
4) Click on Tuition Waiver for Employees
5) Select the button marked Request New Waiver
6) Follow the instructions on the page to confirm the assigned manager and click Next
7) Select UNC Charlotte as your enrolling institution and click Next
8) Select the course on the left hand side
9) If desired, confirm your participation in the Faculty/Staff Textbook Loan Program at UNC Charlotte
10) Click Submit Request
11) Click the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click Submit
Note: Your request will be automatically routed to your manager via email for review
