How can I manage open-ended responses to Poll Everywhere questions using Team Moderation?

The primary method of managing responses to an open-ended poll question is through the option called Moderation.  Moderation allows presenters the ability to approve or reject responses before they appear on-screen. Responses that are inappropriate can be blocked or managed by the faculty.  The ability to use Team Moderation gives the main presenter the option to assign another presenter (faculty or teaching assistant) with the ability to manage responses on their behalf. This option is found in Free Text Poll (Open Ended or Word Cloud) or Q&A Poll questions.
