How do I get Zoom Phone on my smart phone or mobile device?

The Zoom Workplace app allows you to access your Zoom Phone and meetings on your iOS or Android device.

  1. Install the Zoom Workplace app on your device through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Use the SSO option to sign in when prompted.
  3. Enter charlotte-edu as the company domain.
  4. Continue the sign-in process using your NinerNet credentials.
