How do I change or silence the ringtone for my Zoom Phone?

You can change or silence the ringtone associated with your Zoom phone number.  You can also change the ringtone for other Zoom phone numbers that ring on your line if you have delegated access to another line or are part of a shared line group.

Desktop client:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. Click your profile picture, then click Settings.
  3. Click the Audio tab.
  4. Scroll down to Ringtones.
  5. Use the drop-down menu associated with each line to assign a new ringtone.
    1. Several options are available, including "Silent." 

Mobile app:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
  2. Press the More (...) option to access Settings.
  3. Open the General settings area.
  4. Press Ringtones.
  5. Press Phone to see a list of all lines associated with your account.
  6. Select each line to a new ringtone as desired.
