How do I manage or add devices in Duo?

NOTE:  Duo devices can be managed anytime you login from the Duo prompt. 

If you need to manage your devices, do the following...

1. Login to any Single Sign On system (Example:  my.charlotte.edu, ninernet.charlotte.edu)
2. After entering your NinerNET username and password, a Duo push will be automatically sent - don't approve on your device, click Other Options instead.
   • If you approve the login before clicking Other Options, you will need to try again because you will not see the option to Manage Devices.
     
3. At the bottom of the Other options to log in menu, click Manage Devices
   
4. You will be prompted to authenticate - select the Duo method you want to use
   
5. Once verified, you will have the ability to Edit an existing device or Add a device.
