When are Merchant Training sessions offered?

Initial training

  1. Initial training sessions are available on demand. 
  2. Complete the Merchant Training request form to request this training for you or your employees.
  3. Visit the Merchant Training Requirements for additional details.
Annual training
  1. Annual training is scheduled during the spring/summer months.  
  2. Email ecommerce@charlotte.edu for more details.

    Annual Merchant Training is required under PCI DSS and the University Receipts and Deposits Standards for all campus merchants.
