How long is my consent to receive my Form W-2 electronically valid for?

 
  1. An employee’s consent to receive their Form W-2 electronically is valid for all subsequent tax years unless:

    1. Consent is revoked by the employee, OR

    2. This service is not supported in a future tax year (this is not expected).
