Task Delegate/Proxy Assignment Using the Desktop Client
Adding a Delegate/Proxy Designation
1. Login to the Perceptive Content desktop client. The Perceptive Content Toolbar should appear as shown below.

2. Select Settings on the toolbar menu and then choose Out of Office from the drop-down.

3. On the Out of Office - New Event screen that appears update the fields per the guidance below and then click OK to enable your delegate/proxy setting.

- Begin Date - Date that the delegate/proxy should begin receiving task assignment emails on your behalf
- End Date - Date that the delegate/proxy status should end, if appropriate. This date can be left blank if desired
- Reason - Select a reason from the dropdown: Active Duty, Business Mgr Approval Duties, FMLA, Illness, Leave of Absence, Other, Traveling, Vacation
- Delegate User - Enter the NinerNet ID of the delegate/proxy
- Comments - Add comments regarding this event, if appropriate

Updating or Removing a Delegate/Proxy Designation
1. Login to the Perceptive Content desktop client. The Perceptive Content Toolbar should appear as shown below.

2. Select Settings on the toolbar menu and then choose Out of Office from the drop-down.

3. If you have an active delegate/proxy setting in place the Out of Office - Modify Event box will appear.

4. To update the existing delegate/proxy setting, make the necessary edits and click OK.
5. To remove the existing delegate/proxy setting, click Disable. When prompted to confirm, click Yes.

Task Delegate/Proxy Assignment Using the Browser Experience
Accessing the Perceptive Content Experience Home Screen
1. Launch any internet browser and enter the URL imaging.charlotte.edu.
2. Click Login and when prompted, enter your NinerNet credentials.
3. The Home screen for Perceptive Content Experience will then appear.

1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings and then Out Of Office.
2. On the Out of Office screen that appears update the fields per the guidance below and then click Update to enable your delegate/proxy setting.

4. On the Out of Office screen that appears it will show Event enabled. Update the fields and then click Update to update your delegate/proxy setting. Clicking the
beside Event Enabled will remove the proxy. Click Yes to save the removal.
