Sponsored Guest Account Attachment Task Completion Manual

This document provides instructions on how to complete an assigned Sponsored Guest Account attachments required task.

System Access Restrictions

The ability to view items and complete actions within Perceptive Content is restricted based on approved system security access.  An FAQ on requesting access updates is available hereQuestions regarding which security group(s) will provide the access needed can be submitted via a Help Ticket.

 

Notification of New Task Created

The sponsored guest account request initiator will receive an email that a new task has been created and assigned to them.

Task Completion

1.  Click the task link included in the email.

2.  Follow the prompts to login.

3.  The Experience browser view into Perceptive Content will open with the TASKS view launched and the assigned task details visible on the screen.

4.  Review the request (navigation tips are available here) then click the  icon at the top of the screen and select Add after Page.

5.  In the Source window that opens, click on File and then click the OK button.

7.  In the Select Files window that opens, click Browse, navigate to and select the required attachment file, click Open and then click OK.

8.  After all attachments are added, click the Complete button and then select Attached supporting documentation as requested.

9.  The assigned task is now complete.  Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select Log Out to properly disconnect from Perceptive Content.

10.  Click the X in the top corner of the window to close the browser.
