How can I see who has permissions to a Google Shared Drive?

 

  1. Login to gdocs.uncc.edu and browse to the Google Shared Drive folder you want to see permission levels for
  2. Right-click on the folder and click View Members
    Google Team Drive view members
    If you have full access, click Manage Members
    Google Team Drive manage members
  3. The Google Shared Drive Member Access box will open
  4. The individuals and Google Groups with access will be listed

  5. Click Done to close the Member Access box
