How do I turn on AI Content Generation for Whiteboards in Zoom?

The Zoom AI Companion can help you generate content for your whiteboards:

First, ensure that Whiteboard Content Generation is enabled in your Zoom AI Companion settings. See How do I adjust my settings for Zoom AI Companion? for instructions on checking this setting.

Then, from within your meeting:

  1. Click More and then Whiteboard to add a new whiteboard.
  2. Use the AI companion icon (double star icon) in the whiteboard menu to generate content.
  3. Enter your prompt or topic and select the type of content to generate: stickies, table, mindmap, flowchart.
