Firefly can be accessed on the web at firefly.adobe.com
- From firefly.adobe.com, use the Sign In button to sign into your University account.
- Use the Continue with email Sign in option.
- Enter your username@charlotte.edu to sign in.
- You will be directed to provide your NinerNet credentials to log in.
NOTE: All faculty and staff are able to sign up for their Adobe (enterprise) account using their username@uncc.edu email address. Adobe Creative Cloud is not available to students but the software is installed in the Library and in many labs.
