Tools Available to All Students, Faculty, and Staff

You have access to the following campus-wide tools using your Charlotte credentials:

• Google Gemini

• Google NotebookLM

• Microsoft Copilot

• Microsoft Stream

• Microsoft Word Transcribe

• Zoom AI Companion

• Caisy role-playing (accessible through the Learning and Organizational Development portal)

Specialized Access Tools

• Adobe Express: (Faculty and Staff)

• Adobe Firefly: Faculty and staff have full access. Students can use Adobe Firefly on campus in university library computers and select campus labs.
