As a manager, there are three tools available to you in the Learning and Development Portal that you can use to determine if your direct or indirect report has completed their compliance training.
You can:
- Access the "Manager Dashboard," which allows you to view the select compliance training status for your direct and indirect reports. You can also download the report by selecting "Export to Excel".
- Run a "Training Report" to see the completion status for all assigned training. Please note that this report can be extensive, as it will include all other assigned training in addition to the standard mandatory compliance training.
- Access your "Direct Report's Transcripts". This will allow you to view your direct and indirect report's full transcripts individually.
