Why am I getting the error “unccharlotte.cloud.processmaker.net says There are validation errors in your form” in the Grade or LDA Change Request system?

  1. The “Validation error” error can be caused by multiple factors, such as, but not limited to: 
    1. Submitting a request for a student who is not eligible. Graduated students and/or students with Academic Integrity Violations are not eligible for grade or last date of attendance (LDA) changes
    2. Submitting a request without entering required information
    3. Selecting a New Final Grade that requires a LDA and submitting the request without providing a LDA
    4. Submitting a request with a LDA that is not between the start date and end date of the selected term
  2. Users should click OK to return to the request to review the request and either return to the dashboard or correct any issues and resubmit
