Export Document Search Results

You can export the search results to use the data in an Excel spreadsheet.

  1.  Filter the necessary searches using the add filter drop-down box on the right side of the results, then click Export All or Export Selected Rows.
  2. Enter a File Name and/or Description. Keep Export Type as Screen Export* and click Submit Request.
  3. Close the box.
  4. On the Document Search screen, click the Search Documents link in the breadcrumb trail and select Download Export Files.
  5. Once your export request is complete, the File Name will appear as a zip file. Refresh your screen to check the Export Status. When the File Name shows as a link, click it to open the zip file. When prompted, choose to open the file.
  6. In the directory list, double-click the file to open it in Excel.
  7. The data will be shown in Excel, allowing you to edit and save it as needed.
