How do I share a Gemini Gem with others?

Shared Gems will appear in the 'Shared with me' section of your Gem Manager in Gemini and in the 'Shared with me' section of your Google Drive.

You can share Gems that you create using the same process that you share files in Google Drive.

  1. In Gemini, select Explore Gems to access your Gem Manager screen
    1. Locate the Gem you want to share under My Gems.
    2. Click the share icon.

    3. Set your sharing options to fit your needs.
    4. Learn more about sharing Gems via the Gem Manager
  2. Or, locate the Gem you want to share in your Gemini Gems folder in your My Drive.
    1. Gems you create are stored in the Gemini Gems folder in your Google Drive.
    2. Adjust your sharing options just as you would for any other files you share.
    3. Learn more about sharing files in Google Drives.

*This process only works for Gem created by you and not shared with you by others.
