How do I install the Perceptive Content desktop client?

To install the Perceptive Content desktop client using the Search feature

  1. Click in the Search box in the lower left corner of your screen 
  2. Enter 'company portal' in the Search window and click on the Company Portal app
    NOTE:  You must be connected to VPN in order to access Company Portal even while on campus.
  3. If prompted, enter your NinerNET credentials and click the Log In button Log In button

4. Locate the Perceptive Content application in the Company Portal
    

5. Click on the icon to open the application

6. Click the Install button and follow prompts to download to your computer Install button

 

NOTE:  To access the imaging system remotely using the desktop client, VPN access is required.
