Is secure printing (department codes) available to departments?

  • Secure printing (the use of department print codes) is not available; however, Toshiba printers can support this functionality. If a department witha Toshiba printer, wants this functionality, they need to work directly with the vendor to set it up and support it.
  • The universal print environment used by OneIT does not support this functionality.
  • Aux Services does provide department codes for student printers that they manage. If this meets the need, departments can submit this request for consideration.
