• Only designated business officers/partners and information security liaisons can submit sponsored guest account requests.
• If the list needs to be updated, please contact the Information Security Liaison (ISL) for your department
  • Information Security Liaisons have an I next to their names in column F under Code
• If you receive an error message when accessing the submission form, you are not authorized to submit a request.
  • If you feel you should be on this list, please contact the Information Security Liaison (I) for your department.
