How do I login to VPN?

Connect using Windows Connect using Mac
  1. Open Cisco Secure Client (use Windows Search field)
  2. Enter vpn.charlotte.edu into the AnyConnect VPN section of the Cisco Secure Client - click Connect
  3. The University's Single Sign On will open - enter your NinerNET username and password; click Log In and authenticate to Duo
  4. After authenticated, the Cisco Secure Client will display in the System Tray, bottom right near the sound and wifi icons, with a lock icon to show you are connected

  5. To disconnect, follow these instructions
  1. Go to your Applications folder and open the Cisco Secure Client
  2. Enter vpn.charlotte.edu into the AnyConnect VPN section of the Cisco Secure Client - click Connect
  3. The University's Single Sign On will open - enter your NinerNET username and password; click Log In and authenticate to Duo
  4. The Cisco Secure Client will display in the upper-right side of the menu bar, with a lock icon to show you are connected
