If you recently got a new phone and having issues adding your 49er Mobile ID or see the error " Contact card issuer for more information " you may need to remove the card from your old device.
You can remove your 49er Mobile ID from your iPhone, Apple Watch, Samsung Wallet, Google Pay or the Transact eAccounts App on your phone. If you have replaced your phone, the old credential must be deleted in iTunes/iCloud, Google Pay or Samsung profile before a new credential can be claimed.
