How do I reactivate my credential if I find my lost device?

Follow the steps below to reactivate a found device through eAccounts. If you were given a temporary card, you will need to return the temporary card before you can reactivate your 49er Mobile ID.

In the eAccounts App

  1. Click the settings gear in the upper right corner
  2. Select the Card Management option
  3. Choose the credential you want to reactivate and toggle it on
  4. You will receive a confirmation email. Only the selected card will be reactivated

In the eAccounts Web Version

  1. Select Card Services
  2. Select Activate Card
  3. Select the credential to reactivate
  4. You will receive a confirmation email. Only the selected card will be reactivated
