How do I get notifications for my Google Form?


Notifications for a Google Form are setup per collaborator. If all collaborators wish to receive notifications, each must set that for themselves.

From Google Form From Google Responses Sheet
  1. Under the Responses tab of the Google Form, click the triple dot icon on the right
  2. Click the option Get email notifications for new responses


















  1. Open the Google Sheet that stores responses for the desired Form
  2. Go to Tools > Notification rules...
  3. Make the desired selections and click Save
    a. Note that daily digest emails will be sent the
        morning after changes/submissions are made
  4. You can create additional notifications by clicking the Add another notification rule link at the bottom of the notifications window
