Search for a Supplier, Request New Supplier, Existing Supplier Update

Search for a Supplier to determine if the Supplier is in 49er Mart or in Banner

Request New Supplier if the Supplier is not in 49er Mart or in Banner.

Request an Existing Supplier Update if the Supplier is in either 49er Mart or Banner.

Search for a Supplier

Search for a Supplier to determine if a New Supplier Request or an Existing Supplier Update is needed.

  1. Search for the supplier in 49er Mart by clicking on the Supplier menu icon on the left side of the 49er Mart screen. Enter the supplier’s name in the search box and click the search icon .
    1. Use Form FTIIDEN (Entity Name/ID Search) in Banner.
    2. Uncheck Vendors; check the “All” box. 
    3. Enter the supplier’s name in the last name field (for an individual use both the first and last name fields). Also, see Basic and Advanced Filtering Options in Banner.
    4. Click Go.
    5. If the Supplier is in Banner but needs to be added to 49er Mart or have any other update, submit the Existing Supplier Update form.
    6. If the Supplier is not in Banner, submit the Request New Supplier Form.
    7. If the Supplier is in 49er Mart, use the Supplier as needed, or if an update to the Supplier is needed, submit the Existing Supplier Update form.
    8. If the Supplier is not found in 49er Mart, search for the supplier in Banner.

Request for New Supplier

  1. In 49er Mart, click the Suppliers menu on the left side of the screen . 
  2. Select Requests > Request New Supplier
    1. Company/Supplier (including sole proprietors)
    2. Individual
    3. Clinical Educators, Security Officers, and Game Officials (for select users only)
    4. Select one of the three Supplier Request Form options and follow the on-screen guidance to complete the form.
  3. Proceed with the guided steps to complete the form.
  4. On the Questions tab the system will search, based on the name, for any potential matches in 49er Mart (it will not search for potential matches in Banner); if any are found, a potential match will be noted at the top of the questions tab. 
    1. If it is a match to the supplier, you are looking for, close the Request to Invite form and use the Existing Supplier Update form to request the supplier be invited to update their information.
    2. If it is not a match, then proceed with completing the form.
    3. Click on the link to view the match. 
  5. Once submitted, the My Supplier Requests screen will appear with options for viewing your supplier requests.

Existing Supplier Update

This form is used when a Supplier has an 800# and needs to be added to 49er Mart, or when a Supplier needs to update their profile data.

  1. From the 49er Mart Shopping Home Page in the Forms section, select Existing Supplier Updates. 
  2. Proceed with the guided steps to complete the form and click Submit.

Note: This request form does not query existing 49er Mart suppliers for accuracy. Please ensure the details entered are as accurate as possible to expedite processing.
