What training is required for supervisors to approve employee telework/remote work agreements?

Supervisors are required to complete the Managing Charlotte's Telework/Remote Work Employee before approving an employee's request for telework/remote work. The system will notify you if the training has not been completed.

If you have completed the previous training, Establishing Effective Virtual Teams, you are not required to complete any further training.

Note: After completing the training, please allow 30 minutes to one hour for the Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) Portal to refresh before submitting your telework agreement.
