How is the criminal background check initiated and what impact does it have on the job offer?

When the Hiring Proposal is routed to Human Resources for review in NinerTalent, a criminal background check is initiated.

An official employment offer may NOT be extended before Human Resources notifies the Hiring Manager via email that the criminal background check is complete and approved.
