Why am I getting an error when I log into the Learning & Development Portal?

The Learning & Development Portal URL changed on October 10, 2022.  You may get an error message if you are using the old URL.  To login with the new URL, follow the steps in this FAQ:  How do I login to the Learning & Development Portal?
