How do I access the LEAD Manager's Toolkit?

LEAD is an acronym that stands for Leadership Enhancement and Development.
The Manager's Toolkit is dynamically (automatically) assigned to all newly hired, promoted or progressed supervisors and managers of SHRA and EHRA non-faculty employees.
The training must be completed within 90 days of assignment.
The training is located in the Learning and Development Portal

You can access the training through your assignment email or:

1)  Log in to the Learning and Development Portal

2) Select Assigned Training

Portal Home Page

3) Next to your assignment select Launch or Open Curriculum

4) You will see your curriculum components and can begin or continue your training
