What if I can’t get to the Learning and Development Portal?

The preferred method of accessing the Learning and Development Portal is under the Quick Links section on the My Charlotte page. If a bookmark (hyperlink to this FAQ) is preferred, it could be problematic. In the event that your single sign-on (SSO) experiences a timeout and the display of the "System" login screen for Cornerstone on demand appears, you will need to use this link http://learningportal.charlotte.edu/ to log back into the Learning and Development Portal. 

  1. If your single sign-on (SSO) experiences a timeout and the "System" login screen for Cornerstone on demand appears (below), you will need to use the link  http://learningportal.charlotte.edu/ to log back into the Learning and Development Portal
  2. Open a new browser window
  3. Copy and paste this link into your browser http://learningportal.charlotte.edu/
  4. Use your mouse or click on the Enter key on your keyboard to go to the Learning and Development Portal
    Note: You will be prompted to use single sign-on
