How can I change the date of a scheduled session in the Learning and Development Portal?

If an instructor would like to edit an Event or Session to the Learning and Development Portal, they should 

  1. Submit a TeamDynamix ticket here https://services.help.charlotte.edu/TDClient/33/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=xxOp49scFgY_&RequestorType=Service
  2. Under "Learning and Development Portal Request Type" select "Other"
  3. Once the request has been fulfilled you will receive a "resolved" email from TeamDynamix notifying you that the session was changed in the Learning & Development Portal. 
  4. Send an email to the registrants notifying them of the change. Include the new date and time of the session, along with these instructions on how to cancel their registration if that new session date does not work for their schedule.
