How do I access the Manager Dashboard in the Learning & Development Portal?

Unit leadership can see compliance and completion status for direct and indirect reports by accessing the Manager Dashboard

  1. Login to the Learning and Development Portal using your NinerNet credentials
  2. Hover over the Reports tab and select Dashboards                                                                                                                                       Reports tab
  3. Charts will display with progress status for select compliance or recommended training - NOTE - you may need to manually refresh the data to get updates (see below)
  4. To view report details move the cursor to the upper right corner of each chart & click the down arrow
    Export to Excel to download the report detail
  5. View Details to view the report detail
  6. Export to Excel to download the report detail
  7. Refresh the progress data in the chart                                                                                                                                                                  

NOTE:  View Details is not available if the report contains a large amount of data.  Use Export to Excel to view larger reports.
