How do I make a NinerWorks request pay/date change effective for this pay-period?

1. The NinerWorks system does not allow you to backdate. 
2. In order to meet the payroll deadline, NinerWorks requests must be approved by HR nine or more business days prior to the expected pay date.

For example, if a contract start date is on Monday, 10/1, the first eligible pay date for the assistantship is Thursday, 10/15; and this contract must be HR approved by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 10/5.
