Why am I getting "no results" when I search for an employee/student in NinerWorks?

To find an active person, start typing their name (first and / or last) or their University ID Number.  If the person does not have an active record, they will not appear in the autocomplete search.  To find them, type their Banner ID (800#) and click continue.
