How can Continuing Ed students get help after hours?

The IT Service Desk has designated support hours. If find you need help outside these hours, submit a help ticket and your issue will be addressed when the IT Service Desk reopens

  1. Go to services.help.charlotte.edu
  2. Click I need help and can't login
  3. Click the Get Help button
  4. Fill out the form and click Submit
  5. You will be contacted when the IT Service Desk reopens
