What Equipment Do Students Need to Use Respondus Monitor video proctoring service?

 
  1. Refer to this page for the computer requirements for using Respondus LockDown Browser + Webcom
    NOTE:  Respondus Monitor does not work on computers running Virtual Machine software, Android, Kindle, etc.
  2. Web camera (internal or external) and microphone
  3. A broadband internet connection
  4. Lockdown Browser (set up in the Canvas Quiz settings)
  5. Refer to the step-by-step FAQ on setting up Respondus LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor
  6. Review the Respondus Monitor guides and the LockDown Browser & Respondus Monitor Quick Start Guide for more information
    NOTE:  Please be aware that extra time is needed to complete the Respondus Monitor setup
