How do I download the Poll Everywhere software for PowerPoint to my computer? (Windows OS Version)

Your University computer should have Microsoft Office
  1. Access the Poll Everywhere for PowerPoint website, using the link below:
    1. Poll Everywhere for Windows PowerPoint
  2. Click the Download for Windows button

  3. Open the downloaded file
  4. Click Install button to begin the installation

  5. You will see progress bars

  6. Click Finish when the installation is complete.

  7. Launch PowerPoint, the Poll Everywhere Plug-In will ask for your permission to install the customization, click Install

  8. Launch a new presentation.
     
  9. You will now see a new Poll Everywhere tab in the PowerPoint ribbon.
  10. You must Log in to Poll Everywhere through PowerPoint to connect to your polls, to be able to embed them in slides and to have responses captured in Poll Everywhere reporting (for pushing data to Canvas Grades).

    NOTE:  The Poll Everywhere tab only displays on PowerPoint for Windows. Mac users can create new polls or insert previously created polls using the PollEV Presenter app that's downloaded
