How do I archive or reuse my Poll Everywhere questions?

After conducting a poll, you can use the poll again later without losing your responses from previous polls

  1. Log into Poll Everywhere
  2. Click the checkbox to the left of the desired poll or desired poll group to archive

    NOTE:  It is advised that you arrange your questions in groups prior to archiving

  3. Click the Clear button on the top menu-bar

  4. Enter the desired name for the archive where original poll results will be stored

  5. Click OK to save the original results in an archive and clear all results to prepare for a reuse
  6. All archived poll results can be viewed by conducting a report
  7. Once the report is run, expand the Select run option along the right side and click the desired archive from the drop-down list provided

    1. If you have multiple poll archives that you desire to export in a single file, select All runs and that will provide a combined file
