How do I report SPAM or phishing emails?

 
  1. Do not send a reply, click on a link, or download/open any attachments.
  2. Forward the email to reportspam-group@charlotte.edu or spam@charlotte.edu. The Office of OneIT Security will investigate.
  3. If you are concerned about your account being compromised, change your NinerNET password at ninernet.charlotte.edu or contact the OneIT Service Desk.
