How do I login to the IT Projects Portal software (powered by Smartsheet)

If this is the first time logging in:

1. Go to the IT PPMO portal 
2. A login window should appear. Ignore the other sign-in options and in the Email box, enter your @charlotte.edu university email address and click Continue.

3. A window should appear. Click Sign in with your company account
   

4. Login with your NinerNet credentials and the IT Projects landing page should open.
   

5. You may see a notice that you have a limited license, suggesting you upgrade now. You do not need to upgrade to view the IT Projects dashboard. Contact the PPMO at oneit-ppmo-group@charlotte.edu if you have a question.
   
6. Please add all UNC Charlotte email addresses to be associated with the account, both @uncc.edu and @charlotte.edu and any aliases.  Go to Personal Settings from the lower left toolbar:
   
   1. Click on Manage Email accounts
      
   2. Enter your UNC Charlotte email addresses, clicking Add email address
      
   3. If you receive an email (or 2 if you have an alias), click on the blue Accept button on each email.
      
7. You may be notified that you have been successfully added to Smartsheet.
   

If you have previously logged in:
