How do I make sure my speakers and microphone are working for Zoom Phone?

If you are having audio issues, there may be a problem with your audio setup.
Ensure your speakers, microphone, and webcam are connected correctly to your device.
Test your audio settings in Zoom:
Is audio set up to come through the computer speakers or a headset?
Check your volume.
Check to make sure you are not muted.
Test your speaker and microphone settings:
In the Zoom application, go to
Settings
and then open the
Audio
tab to test and adjust your settings.
Ensure your ringer volume is turned up using the slider bar.
Ensure your phone number is not silenced in the drop down menu.
Microphone Troubleshooting: If you can't access the microphone, use the Windows search box to navigate to
Microphone privacy settings
. Switch on the
Allow apps to access your microphone
toggle, and enable access for Zoom.
