How do I stop my Zoom Phone from ringing on all of my devices?

You can use the Call Handling feature in Zoom Phone to set up the devices on which your phone will ring. For example, if you have the Zoom phone client on your desktop, the mobile app on your smart phone, and a physical desk phone, you may want to set up your Zoom phone to ring on only one of these devices. 

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal using SSO (charlotte-edu.zoom.us) and click Phone
2. Under Settings, locate the Call Handling section.
3. By default all of your devices are toggled On and will ring according to your Call Handling settings
   
4. You may use the toggle switch to turn any device off.

NOTE: If you need a device to ring later and notice it is not ringing, you will need to turn the device back
