What is a Financial Transaction Request (FTR)?

 

  1. An online journal voucher form, accessible to campus users, to initiate various financial requests.

    Examples:  Journal entries, book receipts, book disbursements, credit card book receipts, and interdepartmental invoices.  

  2. This online form will be routed for approvals electronically and then directly update Banner for posting. 
  3. The form will also allow users to request a mass journal entry (“FUPLOAD”) by attaching a CSV file to the request, eliminating the need to use an FTP server.
