How do I handle Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) time off in Kronos?

  1. For leave approved by the Benefits Office as covered under FMLA, employees should go to My Info > My Time  > Time Off > Request to request time off using the appropriate time off sub-category (e.g., FMLA SICK, FMLA VACATION) OR
  2. If you're a supervisor and your employee is not working or not able to submit Time Off Requests, you should submit a request on their behalf at Team > Time > Time Off > Request.
    • Choose the appropriate time off sub-category identified as "FMLA."
