How do you access Kronos when working remotely?

Non-exempt employees must connect to the UNC Charlotte VPN to access Kronos when required to work remotely.

  1. If you are using a personal computer, download and install the Cisco AnyConnect client to your computer. 
    • If you are using a University computer, the Cisco AnyConnect client is already installed on the computer.
  2. Connect to the VPN.
  3. Once connected to the VPN, Kronos can be accessed as normal via https://my.charlotte.edu.

NOTE:  Exempt employees are not required to connect to the VPN for access to Kronos.
