How do I view my leave balances and history in Kronos?

All leave-earning employees can view their leave history (earning and use of leave) by using one the following methods:

View Leave Balances (Accruals)

View Leave History (All Transactions)
Method 1
  1. Log into Kronos WFR.
  2. My Info > My Time > Time Off > Balances.
  3. Leave balance boxes are listed alphabetically from left to right.
  1. Log into Kronos WFR.
  2. Go to My Info > My Information > My Profile.
  3. Locate the Accruals chart.
  4. Click the 3 dot ellipsis the the far right of the row of the leave type you want to view. 
  5. Select View History.
Method 2
  1. Log into Kronos WFR.
  2. Go to My Info > My Information > My Profile.
  3. Leave balances are located under the Accruals chart.
