How do I remove my employee's automatic lunch deduction in Kronos if they were unable to take a lunch break?

Follow the steps below so that the employee's automatic lunch deduction is not calculated.

  1. Go to the Time Entry tab view of the timesheet in Kronos.
  2. Click the schedule link in the Date column to the far left.

  3. Click the drop down in the schedule box and select the desired schedule that does not contain an auto lunch deduction > SAVE.

  4. Review the Summary by Day tab to confirm the Calc Break column is now empty for that day.
