How do I access my Form W-2 if I am no longer employed by UNC Charlotte?

Former employees will have access to their Form W-2 in the ADP Former Employee Portal.  If you are no longer employed by UNC Charlotte, follow the steps below to access your Form W-2.  It will be necessary to register with ADP before you can access your Form W-2 in the ADP Portal.   1. After you have registered with ADP, log in to my.adp.com by entering the User ID you were assigned and the password you created during the registration process and click Next.

  2. Select the Tax Year in the Tax Statements box on the right side of the ADP Portal. Click View Statement and your Form W-2 will display. Use the buttons in the top right to Print or Download your Form W-2.

  3. Exit the ADP Portal by clicking the circle at the top right and clicking Sign Out.
